My name is Ciara and my topic is healthy people, healthy pets.  I decided to choose this topic because I'm interested in remaining to live a healthy life and incorporating pets into that. There have been studies where it shows how the bond between people and their pets can affect their health in a positive way. Having any type of pet in your life can help you in countless ways.
